The Opportunity

We’re looking for an organized, dependable, people-first Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our beautiful office in the McGillivray Business Park, just a few minutes west of Costco. You’ll keep the front desk running smoothly, help our project team stay organized, and make sure the office feels like a place everyone’s happy to walk into each morning.
What You’ll Do
Greet visitors and answer calls with a friendly, professional tone
Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
Keep track of blueprint distribution and file management
Type and proofread correspondence, meeting minutes, proposals, and contracts with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Enter purchase orders and change notices in SAP, and help with other data entry as needed
Assemble project binders, O&M manuals, and Workplace Safety materials
Help coordinate Health and Safety meetings and distribute materials
Keep the kitchen and office stocked and organized, and jump in wherever things need doing
What You Bring
High school diploma required; an administrative certificate or diploma is an asset
Solid Microsoft 365 skills and accurate typing (~50 wpm)
Calm, helpful nature, with strong organization and accountability
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus
Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (no bus service in the area)

Compensation
We’re offering between $20–$24/hour (approx $42,000–$50,000 annually) depending on experience and fit. Plus holidays, benefits and profilt sharing opportunities.
