More than a recruiter. Still the same me.
I started OneRecruits because I wanted to work differently. More personally, more practically, and with the freedom to give each client the attention they deserve.
Over the years, I've discovered that what I enjoy most isn't limited to recruiting. It's understanding what someone needs, untangling a challenge, and helping make something happen.
One path led to a few others.
Recruiting has been a big part of my working life, and I still love helping organizations find the right people.
But along the way, clients and projects have given me opportunities to help in other ways, too. Writing, organizing information, solving problems, and building websites.
It may seem like a mix of things, but to me they all have something in common: listening, figuring things out, and caring about the end result.
So OneRecruits has grown. The services look a little different these days, but the way I work hasn't really changed.
