Fork in the road representing career direction and choosing what comes next

Finding the right job is about more than finding an opening.

It’s about understanding what you’re good at, what you want more of, what you’re ready for next, and which opportunities are actually worth pursuing.

If you’re figuring that out, you’re in the right place.

A quick note about how recruiting works.

I work for the organizations that hire me.

When I'm recruiting for a role, my responsibility is to help that organization find the right person. But that doesn't mean candidates are just names in a process.

If we speak, I'll be straightforward about the opportunity, what I know, what I don't know, and whether I think it could make sense for you.

And if it isn't the right fit, that's okay. It doesn't mean there won't be another opportunity down the road.

Opportunities worth knowing about.

When I'm actively recruiting, you'll find those roles here.

You don’t have to wait for the perfect posting.

I’m not always recruiting for the role that might suit you next.

But that doesn’t mean you have to wait until the right posting appears to say hello.

If you’d like to introduce yourself, send me a little about who you are, what you do, and what you might be interested in.

No cover letter. No perfectly polished pitch.

Just enough for me to get to know you a little.

Careers rarely move in perfectly straight lines.

Pivots. Gaps. Wrong turns. Jobs you outgrow. Opportunities you didn’t expect.

What matters is understanding where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, and where you want to go next.

If you’re figuring that out, I’m happy to help.
